I dreaded getting a root canal so much that I waited many years after my initial diagnosis to get it done. When I initially met Dr. Vaughn she was really nice, but I was still scared. I even put it off another six months. Last week I had two root canals and I did not feel ANYTHING!! Dr. Vaughn knew I was scared and was very encouraging to me while I was having them done. I am very happy with the dental service I received from everyone. I also had my teeth cleaned and when I have them cleaned in the past they looked good, but this time they looked especially clean

The staff was very prompt and courteous over the phone. My daugther was in pain and they gave her a new patient appointment right away. The office was super clean and elegant and had very comfortable couches. The girls at the front desk were very polite. The nurses in the back were very friendly and highly knowledgeable.The practice was all high tech, very impressive. And to top it all, the doctor was very warm and reassuring and finally found the problem that another dentist had not been able to find for a long time. My daughter and I are very happy now. My family is here to stay!

We had changed insurance and had no dentist. Our son was hit in the mouth and had 2 permanent teeth knocked loose. We called the office and they saw him immediately even though he had never been there. They were all so nice, making sure he was comfortable, outlining all of our options, and answering all of our questions. We will continue to use them for all of our dental needs and cannot thank them enough.

I was serviced at Lake Pointe Dental and found that all of the staff was caring and friendly. Dr Vaughn has a beautiful spirit which has a calming effect on any patient. Sondra has a warm calming spirit and a great personality. I had some fillings done and was very pleased. I found the pricing to be great and with the help of Dr Vaughn, Sondra and the staff I will be able to enjoy food and life again.

I am originally from Knoxville, TN and moved to the area for school. Ive been living in GA for roughly 2 years and during that time had never found myself a dentist in the area. At first I went to Dr. Kay Kalantari at Dentistry at Kennesaw Point. They were completely unprofessional. not only was Dr. Kay asking her assistant how to do her job while filling my cavity, but she then proceeds to inform me "oh by the way, you may need a root canal..." ... ON THE TEETH THAT SHE JUST FILLED!! $250 down the drain! I went to Lake Pointe Dental to get some clarity on the matter and turns out i did not need a root canal... however i did have to get the cavity re-done because dr. Kay messed up! The staff at Lake Pointe Dental are efficient, friendly, funny, and professional. They were extremely thorough and very helpful. You can really tell that they care. I had to get a LOT of work done on my teeth (only myself to blame), but they were patient and I felt comfort the whole time. They really take care of business at Lake Point Dental! dont waste your time and money at any other dentist like I did. Do yourself a HUGE favor and just go to Lake Point. I promise you wont be disappointed.
