Payment and Financing

We want to help you get the dental work you need. At Lake Pointe Dental, our front office staff is here to assist you with payments and financing. We understand that dental work is necessary and therefore have created the following relationships with services to assist you in paying for services rendered.

Dental Insurance:

Most insurance plans consider us in-network. If you have dental insurance, we are happy to assist you in better understanding your benefits. We ask that you submit your insurance information at least two business days before your first appointment allowing us the time to review and learn your policy so that we can better assist you.


Co-Payments:

Though our front office staff does their best, at times, we may find it difficult to accurately estimate our patients' insurance co-payment. Many insurance companies will not give an accurate account of fees until after treatment is completed. You may be billed for additional fees once we have received partial payment from your insurance.


We would also like to remind our patients that assisting you with your insurance is a courtesy that we are happy to help with, but that the insurance company is not financially obligated to us, the patient is.


Payment:

Lake Pointe Dental accepts Cash, Check, Credit or Debit Cards for Office visits and any Treatments at the time of treatment. Our front office staff is happy to discuss our rates, print out a list of services rendered, or to discuss financing options.


We Accept Care Credit Payments!

For your convenience, we are pleased to accept Care Credit. This credit program is specifically designed for you.
